The Tale of My Witty Banker Lover

It began on an adorable springtime dawn:
I was the most happy author around,
She was the most witty banker.

She was my lover,
My witty lover,
My banker.

We used to excite so well together,
Back then.
We wanted to hear together, around the world,
We wanted it all.

But one dawn, one adorable dawn,
We decided to hear too much.
Together we played a girl.
It was beautiful, so beautiful.

From that moment our relationship changed.
She grew so glamourous.

And then it happened:

Oh no! Oh no!

She kissed a boy.
Alas, a boy!
My lover kissed a boy.
It was elegant, so elegant.

The next day I thought my lips had broken,
I thought my cheeks had burst into flames,
(But I was actually overreacting a little.)

But still, she is in my thoughts.
I think about how it all changed that dawn,
That adorable springtime dawn.

My cheeks... ouch!
When I think of that witty banker,
That witty banker and me.
